Updated Terms of Sale for Club CreatingYOU, Digital Products, Courses, and Physical Goods
Effective Date: June 10, 2025
These Terms of Sale apply to all products and services offered by Lori Rice and Fake Food Free Productions, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including memberships, digital downloads, courses, and physical products. 1. General Sales and Refund Policy
· All sales are processed through Stripe, PayPal, or Kajabi Payments.
· We reserve the right to refuse service or sales to anyone at any time.
· All creative content, designs, photography, and materials are the copyrighted property of Lori Rice and Fake Food Free Productions, LLC.
2. Club CreatingYOU Membership
· Monthly memberships can be canceled at any time. Charges stop after the current billing cycle.
· Yearly memberships are non-refundable. Canceling prevents renewal but does not provide a refund for the current year.
· Membership content may include materials developed with the aid of AI for brainstorming only; all final content and designs are human-created.
3. Courses (Confused to Confident and Cookbook Photo Academy)
· Courses remain accessible to purchasers even though they are no longer for sale.
· For past purchases:
o Refunds were available within 48 hours if less than Module 1 was viewed.
o Payment plans required full payment to maintain access.
o Quick Courses were non-refundable.
4. Digital Downloads
· Includes stock photography, guides, clipart, and stickers.
· All digital sales are final.
· If unsatisfied, email hello@clubcreatingyou.com to discuss your concerns.
Permitted Uses: - Stock Photos: Social media, blogs, websites, digital ads, and small-format printing (up to 18” x 24”). - Clipart & Stickers: Web design, digital materials, limited promotional print use. - PDFs: Personal or internal business use only.
Prohibited Uses: - Resale, redistribution, or incorporation into products for resale. - Claiming copyright or creative authorship.

5. Physical Products (Prints, Notebooks, etc.)
· Sold primarily via Etsy, and possibly on loririce.com.
· Fulfilled through dropshipping partners.
· Designed entirely by Lori Rice; no AI-generated content.
Refund & Replacement Policy: - All sales are final. - Damaged or flawed items are eligible for exchange or refund on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and order details.
6. Photography Services and Workshops
· All services are contracted individually. Terms, deliverables, and fees are outlined in specific contracts.
· These are not covered by this Terms of Sale document.
7. Copyright & Intellectual Property
· All materials are copyrighted by Lori Rice, owner of Fake Food Free Productions, LLC.
· No materials may be reproduced, distributed, or used outside of granted rights without written permission.
8. Errors and Omissions
· We aim for accuracy in listings and pricing. In the event of a mistake, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust any order.
9. Limitation of Liability
· Our liability for any product or service is limited to the purchase price.
· We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Jurisdiction
· Fake Food Free Productions, LLC is registered in California, operating in San Luis Obispo County.
· Any disputes will be governed by California law and resolved in the courts of San Luis Obispo County.
